dated 9.9.2013 in respect of the members of the petitioner Association listed in the Annexure to this Writ Petition and register them as Street Vendors and grant them the necessary licence or Certificate to hawk (or street vending) on the Rameswaram Road (doing small business or trade on the pavement of Rameswaram Road and upto the ends of Ramanathan Street & Rangan Street T.Nagar Chennai-17) and in any event not to evict them without following the procedure to regulate them u/s 12(1) of the said Act.

(4D) No.5, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (M.C.I) Department, dated 05.10.2016, constituting the Town Vending Committee and the proceedings of the Commissioner of Corporation in RDC.No.007/2016, dated 1.11.2016, it is now for the petitioner to approach the Town Vending Committee for redressal of his grievance.
