Ka. Mu. Aa. 50/16 2016/A2 dt 01.06.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to repay the already recovered amount from the family pension without notice to the petitioner.

When the matter came up for hearing on 25.07.2025, this Court directed the petitioner to file the translated copy of the documents in Tamil and the case was adjourned. Subsequently, when the matter came up for hearing on 15.10.2025, the petitioner has failed to file the translated copies. Therefore, the matter was adjourned to 31.10.2025 under the caption "For dismissal". Even today, the petitioner has failed to file the translated copies.
