2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and I have also gone through documents filed in support of the petition.

3. Since there is an appeal remedy available to the petitioner against the order dated 13.04.2016 passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thiruppur, this Civil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Revision Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal on or before 05.06.2016 and the Appellate Court without taking into account, the limitation period shall directly number the appeal and dispose of the same on merits and accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
