fishing and roving enquiry without specifying the ineligible persons after the petitioner obtained information under RTI Act. In fact, we had clarified in our order dated 21.04.2015 in W.P.No.11488 of 2015 being the earlier endeavour of the petitioner, that the representation should set out as to who according to the petitioner are ineligible and are beneficiaries and why they are ineligible.

2. We are not inclined to entertain this Public Interest Litigation seeking any relief in this behalf.
