The grounds on which the petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus for conduction re-election at Tirupathur Bar Association involves disputed questions of facts.

2.This Court, exercising its powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, will not venture to adjudicate such disputed facts, which legal proposition has been well settled in a catena of decisions. This apart, the petitioner also has an alternate remedy to redress his grievance.

3.For all the foregoing reasons, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable and hence, the same stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. [M.S.R, J.] [V.L.N, J.] 03.06.2025 kas
