ORDER
The criminal revision has been filed by the defacto complainant against the order of acquittal dated 29.01.2013 made in C.C.No.1011/2005 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode.
2. In view of the amendment dated 31.12.2009, appeal only lies against the impugned orders and hence criminal revision cannot be maintainable.
3. With this observation, the criminal revision is dismissed with liberty to the revision petitioner to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum, if needed.
