ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC in Cr.No.451 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the father of A2 borrowed a sum of Rs.35 Lakhs from the defacto complainant and thereafter he died. After his death, the defacto complainant demanded money from his legal heirs, hence, there arose wordy quarrel. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the competent Court.
5.Since investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the competent Court, there is no apprehension of arrest.
6.Hence, this criminal original petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the concerned trial Court.
