PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent to conduct the proper investigation in a case in Crime No.319/2021 on the file of the respondent and file a final report within stipulated period prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to conduct proper investigation in Crime No.319 of 2021 and file a final report within stipulated period. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner and the accused in Crime No.319 of 2021 are relatives. It is a case in counter and the petitioner is the accused in Crime No.318 of 2021 for offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) IPC. The investigation in both the cases are being conducted by the respondent Police following the Police Standing Order 588(A). 3.In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complete the investigation in Crime Nos.318 & 319 of 2021 and file the final reports, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
