CRIME NO. 616 OF 2021.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11224/2021 dated 30.06.2021 (i.e.)the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, R5Virugambakkam Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate, (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Clause 6(e) of the order dated 30.06.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11224 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 30.06.2021, directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioners to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of summons. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 30.06.2021 stand unaltered.
