2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate who accepted notice for respondents 1 to 4.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take proper steps https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on his representation dated 08.01.2019 regarding the payment of Subsistence Allowance and Dearness Allowance and other allowances to him.

4. Considering the narrow prayer made in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
