This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2019 requesting the respondents to
take necessary steps to arrange proper pathway to the petitioner's agricultural land in H.Pudhupatti Village and Post, Pappireddypatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District within a time frame to be fixed by this court.
2. The petitioner claims that there is no proper pathway available to have proper access to his agricultural land measuring an extent of six acres in S.N.69/1 and 69/2 situated at H.Pudhupatti Village and Post, Pappireddypatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District.
3. Heard Ms.S.Sujatha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Shanmuga Sundar, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
4. The petitioner has given a representation on 14.10.2019 to the respondents to take necessary steps to arrange proper pathway in order to reach his agricultural land. Admittedly, the said representation has not been considered till date. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the necessary parties including the petitioner.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2019 requesting him to take necessary steps to arrange proper pathway to enable him to have proper access to his agricultural lands comprised in S.No.69/1 and 69/2 at H.Pudhupatti Village and post, Pappireddypatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the necessary parties including the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
