The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in respect of the impugned notice of the 2nd respondent dated 26.12.2014 in Na.Ka.No.3930/2014/A1 in pursuance of the F.I.R No.266 of 2014 dated 10.07.2014 on the file of the C-5, Vengal Police Station and quash the same. 2.
Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C was initiated against the petitioner and others. 3. Since already proceedings initiated against the petitioner was closed, now, nothing survives in the petition. Hence, based on the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this present criminal original petition is closed.
