ORDER

This petition is filed praying to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the FIR in crime No.259 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vellithiruppur Police Station, Erode District quash the same.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court Bhavani and the same was assigned C.C.No.175 of 2015.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent/ defacto complainant is also present.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, now nothing survives in this petition for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

adjudication and hence, based on the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
