(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner on his release form prison, shall stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Dharmapuri Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m until further orders" imposed in para No.5(d) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.12534 of 2020, dated 19.08.2020 in Cr.No.409 of 2020.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
