Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not able to mobilize the funds and sought for modification of the said condition.

3. This Court is not inclined to modify the said condition. When this Court is about to dismiss this petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that time may be given to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as directed by this Court.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of this case in Crime No.308 of 2016 and to execute the surety bond on or before 17.06.2016, as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9653 of 2016, dated 29.04.2016. Further, instead of the condition to appear before the respondent police the petitioner is directed to appear before the VII Metropolitan Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m. until further Orders.

All other conditions remain unaltered.
