Heard both.

2. This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.3.2024 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner considering the fact that she has been in possession of the subject property situated at S.F.No.63/1 in Kankoduthavanitham Village, Koothanallur Taluk, Koradacheri Panchayat Union, Thiruvarur District.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the second respondent has fixed the enquiry on 28.05.2024 and that the enquiry would be concluded and orders would be passed within a period of six weeks from 28.05.2024.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
