Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take necessary action to direct the 3rd respondent to construct the pump house in adjacent poramboke land instead of constructing the same in present location of entry point of excess water flowing from the above Soolai lake in Chillipillymangalam Village, Kuppatti taraf village based on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2013.
