Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the first respondent from interfering into the money dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent pertaining to the GST No 33AYXPV1376K1ZJ, dated 03.01.2025 standing in the name of "Charu's Traders".

For Petitioner : Mr.D.Raghu For R1 : Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the first respondent from interfering into the money dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent pertaining to the GST No 33AYXPV1376K1ZJ, dated 03.01.2025 standing in the name of "Charu's Traders".

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent, in which the second respondent lodged a complaint and it is pending on the file of the first respondent in CSR.No.700 of 2025. If it is a money dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent, it is civil in nature and the first respondent has no role to play in it. At the same time, if any cognizable offence is committed by the petitioner or the second respondent, the first respondent is at liberty to proceed against them in the manner known to law.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
