MURALIDARAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.1606 of 2018 IN CRL RC.1552/2017 M.V.DANIEL, [ PETITIONER ] Vs C.P.SHANMUGASUNDARAM, [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extent the time granted in the order dated 15.12.2017 made in Crl.M.P.No.15602 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.1552 of 2017 to comply with the conditional order, to deposit the amount of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand Only) to the credit of C.C.No.200 of 2013 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court No.1, Coimbatore and accept the surrender and execution of sureties for a further period of four weeks from 01.02.2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BHARATH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is for extension of time to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- in compliance of the order dated 15.12.2017, passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15602 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.1552 of 2017.
2. Heard both sides.
3. In the circumstances, ordered as under:- (i) Petition allowed;
(ii) Further extension of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- in pursuant to the order of this Court dated 15.12.2017.
