[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned order dated 02.02.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

3. Mr.S.Kumaresan, learned counsel for writ petitioner, is before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner, adverting to support affidavit, submitted that writ petitioner had produced the impugned order before the Joint Registrar of Societies along with a representation. Hence, the petitioner was not able to file the original impugned order. Learned counsel drew the 1/3

attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit in W.P.No.13226 of 2024, which reads as follows:

'The petitioner submits that the original impugned proceedings dated 02.02.2024 passed in Na.Ka.No.4820/2023/MD2 on the file of nd respondent has been produced before Joint Registrar of Societies at the time of giving representation hence this petitioner unable to produce original impugned order non-production of impugned order is not wilful but for reason stated above.'

5. In the light of the narrative thus far, dispense with prayer is acceded to. Captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for.
