The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the G.O. No.260 of 2015 dated 06.11.2015 passed by the 1st respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Mohanasundararajan, learned counsel appearing for petitioner would fairly submitted that, a Division Bench of this Court has aleady upheld the said G.O. in W.P.No. 2290 of 2017 dated 31.01.2017, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition may be dismissed.

3. Considering the fact that, the Division Bench of this Court already upheld the G.O. No. 260, dated 06.11.2015 by an order dated 31.01.2017, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
