By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. The petitioner joined as Lab Technician in the services of the Tamil Nadu State Aids Control Society on 05.05.2003 and the educational qualification prescribed is "Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology [CMLT]" and the petitioner was appointed through regular selection process and at the time of joining, a salary of Rs.4,500/- was given and now, consolidated pay of Rs.16,750/- per month is being given. The grievance now expressed by the petitioner is that though she has undergone regular recruitment process and that, continuously working for so many years, her services have not been regularised. In this regard, she has submitted a representation dated 18.08.2015 and since no orders have been passed, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition.
