On 01.10.2020, 06.10.2020, and 10.12.2020, the above Second Appeal was listed. On all those occasions, there was no representation for the appellant. Thereafter, the case is listed today (i.e on 25.01.2021). Even today none appeared on behalf of the appellant which shows that the appellant is not inclined to prosecute the case. Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
