Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the trial court once in a weak on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders imposed in Para No.8 of the order dated 21.07.2017 made in Crl.M.P.No.9078 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.281 of 2017 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.MANOKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.T.P.SAVITHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9078 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.281 of 2017 dated 21.07.2017, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9078 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.281 of 2017 dated 21.07.2017.

4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in a month i.e.

second Monday of every month commencing from April, 2018 at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
