ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court while granting suspension of sentence on 02.01.2025 in Crl.A.No.1552 of 2024.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail.
3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.1552 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kanchipuram Town Police Station, Kanchipuram at 10.30 a.m., once in 15 days, till the disposal of the Criminal Appeal.
4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
