ORDER
The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant leave for 30 days to the detenue, Thimarayan, S/o.Bodiyappa, aged about 40 years, Convict No.6988, detained at Central Prison, Salem.

The petitioner, who has been detained at Central Prison, Salem, seeks direction to the respondents to grant leave for 30 days. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
