The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the the respondents police to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 24.11.2015 given by the petitioner to the respondents and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 24.11.2015, but the respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 24.01.2016.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. .
