O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in the order dated 28.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12913 of 2020 in the above Crime No. 1108 of 2019 on the file of the respondent herein with regard to report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court on 28.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12913 of 2020 the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, they seek for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday morning at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
