PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in No.C3/D.O./34/2025 on the file of the second respondent, quash the detention order dated 20.03.2025 and direct the production of the detenu Chandrasekar @ Ammusekar, S/o.Kalyanasundaram, presently detained as a Goonda at the Central Prison, Cuddalore, under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 before this Court and set him at liberty.
