Decree:This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal , the judgment and decree of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First instance and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Aravind Subramaniam,Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.N.Manokaran, Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.E.Ganesh, Advocate for Respondents 3 and 4 and this Court while dismissing this Second Appeal,doth order and decree as follows:
