(Crime No. 176 of 2019) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to modify th condition in para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No. 2478 of 2020 dated 06.02.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 2478 of 2020 dated 06.02.2020 that he shall stay at Thoothukudi and report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thoothukudi, daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of one month. Thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was released on bail on 12.02.2020 and he was taking care of his aged father who was sick. He would further submit that the petitioner's father passed away on 29.03.2020 and thereafter due to complete lock down through out the country, the petitioner could not travel to Thoothukudi and comply the conditions imposed by this Court, and the same is not willful or wanton. 3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.2478 of 2020 dated 06.02.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30.A.M. and 5.30 P.M. until further orders.
