ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the body of petitioner's daughter Seetha, minor, aged about 17 years, who is stated to be in the illegal custody of the third respondent, before this Court and set her at liberty, the petitioner has filed the present habeas corpus petition. 2.The detenue has been secured and produced before this Court. On enquiry, she expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner, who is none other than her mother. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition stands disposed of by directing the detenue - Seetha, who is a minor, to go along with the petitioner, her mother.
