O R D E R

Seeking to modify the bail conditions in Crl.M.P.No.2082 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri in Crime No.252 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come up with this Criminal Original Petition.

2. The Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, while granting bail to the petitioner on 30.10.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.2082 of 2015, imposed the following conditions:

"This petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties each likesum and on condition to deposit Rs.10,000/- into the Court to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Harur and after release the petitioner shall stay at Dharmapuri and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders."

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri in Crl.M.P.No.2082 of 2015 vide order dated 30.10.2015 that the petitioner has to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- into the Court to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Harur is modified to the effect that the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) into the Court to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Harur instead of a sum of Rs.10,000/-, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Except the above modification, remaining portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
