Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2017 and direct the 3rd respondent to submit detailed report on his land to the extent of Hectares 5.44 Acres situated at Survey No.1212/1 of Nagamangalam Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, to the 4th respondent for sanctioning his insurance amount.

ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 24.08.2017 and a direction to the third respondent to submit a detailed report on his land to the fourth respondent for sanctioning the crop insurance amount. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 24.08.2017 to the second respondent claiming the above stated relief, but the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondents be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2017 after receiving necessary report from the third respondent and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
