Heard Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent.
2. The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent to dispose of his representation dated 14.02.2013 seeking to take action against one Mr.Sivaram to remove the temporary gate, which was laid on the eastern extreme end of Survey No.48.
3. Mr.V.S.Ramesh, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that, if, a direction to consider his representation within a time limit is given, the same will be complied by the respondents.

4. Hence, there shall be a direction to the respondent herein, to consider the representation dated 14.02.2013 on his own merit after giving notice to Mr. Sivaram, the person's named in the representation and any other person who are connected with this cause of action and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
