2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepted notice for respondents 1 to 3.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2019 in the light of the Circular letter No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 and on the basis of direction issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.179/A1/2019 dated Ni.01.2019.

2. Considering the narrow prayer made in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.01.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
