ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to transfer the petitioner from Namakkal Government Headquarters Hospital to any hospital within Trichy District by considering the petitioner representation dated 07.05.2021.

2.Considering the fact, that this Court is inclined to dispose this writ petition by directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on merits, in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2021 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
