Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent herein pertaining to his proceeding in RFL/Kariyamangalam/17/2024 dated 24.01.2024 and quash the same and further direct the respondent herein to register the sale deed and return the same to the petitioner.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondent herein pertaining to his proceeding in RFL/Kariyamangalam/17/2024 dated 24.01.2024 and quash the same and further direct the respondent herein to register the sale deed and return the same to the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. 3.Though rejection order has been passed by the respondent, the learned Additional Government Pleader now submits that if a fresh request is made along with the non traceable certificate, the request shall be considered afresh.
4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though he has submitted a complaint to the Inspector of Police, Kariyamangalam Police Station, Kariyamangalam, the Inspector of Police is not coming forward to make an enquiry and pass orders in this regard. 2/4
5. Therefore, the Inspector of Police, Kariyamangalam, is directed to pass orders on the complaint dated 23.04.2024 that has been given by the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Once the non-traceable certificate so obtained is presented to the respondent herein, the respondent shall consider the same and proceed to register the sale deed if it is otherwise in order. 6.This Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
