2. This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 07.10.2021.

3. When the matter is taken up today, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the representation of the petitioner is now pending enquiry with the third respondent and that the enquiry would be conducted and orders would be passed on the 2/4

representation of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the interested parties, viz. respondents 4 to 6.

4. Recording the above statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed.
