Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorari calling for the records and Notification bearing No.110 (RE-2013)/ 2009-2014 dated 06.02.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent and published in the Gazette of India; Extraordinary (Part IISec.3(ii)) under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development

O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the very same Notification bearing No.110 (RE-2013)/2009-2014 dated 06.02.2015 was under challenge in W.P.No.12311 of 2015 and by detailed order, the same was negatived by the Division Bench. The learned counsel also produced the copy of the order made in W.P.No.12311 of 2015 dated 16.09.2015.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
