(Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.) This Petition has been filed to grant exemption of court fee for a sum of Rs.24,273/- in the above Appeal.

2.The above Petition seeking exemption from paying the court-fee of Rs.24,273/- is ordered, subject to the condition that, in the event of any enhancement in the compensation amount, the Petitioner will have to pay the requisite court-fee.
