The petitioners made a representation on 17.08.2015 to the respondent no.2 stating that the pattas given in the name of the private persons will have to be removed and replaced with their names. The said request has been made based upon a decree obtained in the Civil Court and the Settlement Deed. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Though the petitioners have sought for a larger relief, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent no.2 to dispose of the said representation, particularly when the private respondents are not before this Court, whose patta the petitioners seek to cancel. Thus, the respondent no.2 is directed to pass appropriate orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the representation of the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioners as well as to the private respondents, in whose name the pattas stand as of now. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
