Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to act in strict compliance with the Office Memorandum of the 1st respondent bearing Oo.Mu.1159/2025/A2 dated 07.03.2025 and to conduct comprehensive field survey measurement with the aid and assistance of 3rd respondent for determining the actual extent of public pathway in the petitioner's land situated in R.S.No.55/3 and the adjacent land in R.S.No.54/2 at Nanjai Uthukuli `A` Village Modakkurichi Taluk Erode District after considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2025 in accordance with law expeditiously with a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents and in particular the 2nd and 3rd respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 26.02.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. 2.Heard Mr.N.S.Suganthan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate for respondents. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the application submitted by the petitioner was forwarded by the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to act upon the application and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title documents relied upon by the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there are any interested, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above directions. No costs. 2 / 4
