ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 18.12.2024, 13.05.2025, 09.06.2025, 19.09.2025 and 29.01.2026 and to measure the 1st item of the petition mentioned properties by metes and bounds as per the sale deeds furnished by the petitioner and include the name of the petitioner in the connective revenue records relating to the petition mentioned properties and also to issue patta in favour of petitioner in respect of the 2nd item of the petition mentioned property, within the time fixed by this Court. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representations dated 18.12.2024, 13.05.2025, 09.06.2025, 19.09.2025 and 29.01.2026 seeking to measure the 1st item of the petition mentioned properties by metes and bounds as per the sale deeds furnished by the petitioner and include the name of the petitioner in the connective revenue records relating to the petition mentioned properties and also to issue patta in favour of

petitioner in respect of the 2nd item of the petition mentioned property. However, the said representations were not considered by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that as far as the 2nd item of the subject property is concerned, the patta has already been issued on favour of the petitioner. As regard the 1st item of the petition mentioned properties, the representations of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondents. 5.Considering the submission made by both parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 18.12.2024, 13.05.2025, 09.06.2025, 19.09.2025 and 29.01.2026, on merits and in accordance with law. As far as the 1st item of the petition mentioned property is concerned, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to measure the same and lay the boundary stone and thereafter issue patta. With regard to the 2nd item of the petition mentioned property is

concerned, if the patta has already been issued in favour of the petitioner, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to survey and lay the boundary stones. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the parties concerned if any.
