O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to entertain the documents and register the same pertaining to the subject property without insisting for NOC from the 2 nd respondent.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. In the considered view of this Court, if any objection is given by the nd respondent, the 1 st respondent has to deal with the same in line with the guidelines issued by the Division Bench in Sudha Ravi Kumar and Another Vs. The Special Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department and Others [2017(3) CTC 135] and take a decision within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of the document. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. 30.04.2025 gya 2/4
