This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2017, wherein and whereby, the petitioner claiming to be the tenant under the temple sought for extension of lease and permit him to pay the arrears in instalments.

2. Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, based on instructions, submitted that yesterday (26.10.2017) itself, the encroachments were removed and the petitioner is not in occupation of the premises. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the above said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
