Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue separate Patta to the petitioner land bearing Survey.No.3/2H to an extent of 0.27 cents situate at Neivaanatham Village, Kilpennathur taluk, Tiruvannamalai District by deleting the name of the 2nd respondent from the Joint Patta, based on the petitioner's representation made to the 1st respondent dated 19.04.2017.

The petitioner has filed this Writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue separate patta to his land in Survey No.3/2H measuring an extent of 0.27 cents situated at Neivaanatham Village, Kilpennathur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District by deleting the name of the 2nd respondent, based on his representation dated 19.04.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2017, the first respondent has not passed any order sofar.

3.Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the second respondent. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to the 2nd respondent, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With this observation, Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
