ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 08.02.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for rectification of the FMB Sketch with respect to the subject property and to cancel the patta issued in the name of the 4 th respondent and to issue patta in favour of the petitioner based on the Settlement Deed dated 15.09.2004 registered as Document No.2432 of 2004.
2.Heard Mr.S.Gowsik Sundar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
3/5 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 08.02.2025, after affording an opportunity to the 3 rd and 4 th respondents on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
