ORDER

This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondent to investigate and file the final report in Crime No.278 of 2015 on the file of the respondent dated 08.08.2015. 2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Sivagami, her son Prithivi and one Jayalakshmi for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 E and 506(ii) IPC and a case was registered in Crime No.278 of 2015 on 08.08.2015. Though the case has been registered as early as on 08.08.2015, till date there is no progress. Hence, this petition.

4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent to expedite the investigation and complete the same and file final report as early as possible. 5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
