ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the husband of the detenue/Mrs.Meipriya aged 19 years.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the detenue/Mrs.Meipriya is present in court and submitted that she has married one Selvam, who is also present in Court and also living with him.

3. In such view of the matter, since the detenue attained majority, we find that there is no illegal detention involved in this matter. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
